One Phase 1 property remains for sale: Lot #81 — A 3 Bed/2.5 Bath, 1,537 sq. ft. foot, Craftsman model home priced at $725K.
How Do I Get Into the Phase 2+ Offering?
With 21 market value properties under contract and a total of 81 market value being offered, that means only 59 additional market value properties will be up for sale over the next phase(s).
If it is anything like what we saw in Phase 1, here is what to expect:
- 3 & 4-bedroom homes
- Cottage, Craftsman, and Plantation Style Architecture
- 1,116-2,236 sq feet
- Priced $524K - $781K
- $349-$470/sq. ft. (Lahaina Town Resales Avg Price/ Sq. Ft. 2017 = $421)
To secure an opportunity to purchase a Phase 2 property at Kahoma Village, reservations are currently being taken - a signed reservation agreement plus $5,000 security deposit is required.
The Affordable Property Offering
Other than what we already know, which is that 101 — 2 & 3 bedroom townhomes and 22 single family homes will be built and sold under the "term" affordable as per Maui County Workforce requirements, no new marketing and pricing information has not been made available to the public just yet. However stay tuned and more importantly, get pre-approved... it is coming soon!
